crazy teacher week

This is my third post in 5 months. I am hoping to write more in the next few weeks as the crazy teacher week is slowly coming to a close. These photos show what have been my workplace in the office and at home for the past few days. I have been burrying my head with the hardest and boring-est part of teaching. But it is almost over and vacation is drawing near! 





I have also been successful at releasing final standings, and this was how my facebook newsfeed looked like 2 minutes after posting the standing of one of my subjects in the official website.


I also gave them bonus points for anyone who would join the fun run, I posted their photos on facebook so that they could write their names and student numbers on it. But, I guess its not just them who were happy about seeing their faces on the internet. I find the photo below funny and touching all at the same time. At least I was able to help show their parents what their college kids looked like already.


It was also this sem that i had a picture taken with my students. I have realized that it is nice to do that every sem. Just so I would have something to remember each student by. :) This was my Linear Systems Analysis class during the loyalty day parade. My Industrial Power Systems class' pictures were on the previous posts. :)

It's been a while since I've been here. It's quite interesting to look back and see how the old me thought, and how much I still feel the same in some ways while also being different in others. I think I want to try and revive this space because I've been feeling a bit lonely and wanting someone to talk to at the end of the day. DAY20: MERALCO yellow card & DAY21: network/ sphere of influence

DAY20: MERALCO... for the Yellow Card For all its sham, drudgery and broken dreams (hahaha), am still is thankful to MERALCO for Day20 because they gave me the yellow card for my project. Though its not yet the final stage, its konti na lang before my application finally gets done. The MERALCO yellow card made me a happy girl today Leaving would be a little less stressful now... DAY21: Network/ Sphere of Influence It was my first time to sit down and perform this "family tree" activity; due to time constraints, I basically just doodled whatever it is that came first in my mind. The mechanics is to simply draw five concentric circles, put your name at the center, the names of your immediate family at the next circle, names of household on the next, relatives next and affiliations on the last one. DORK, PROFESSIONAL DOG WALKER/ PET SITTER & DISHWASHER EXTRAORDINAIRE

  Left my engineering job to be an official dork, professional dog walker/ pet sitter and dishwasher extraordinaire. My first day was today and it went ok naman: Fed the dogs, exercised, ate a lot of fruits, got my nails done, bumped into a friend, went to the market to buy dog food, went home, fed my dogs and walked them around the neighborhood. An official  dork  because I'm back into books (text books) and its quite nice that I find it really enjoyable to do so. I now have more perspective and imagination with regards to technical writings such as this one.  Am also trying to do a schedule for the lag time that I am currently in now; I'm finding it hard to live life without checklists and schedules I don't like the feeling of being unproductive.
