Having alot of confusing thoughts about work lately and alot of not right thoughts as well... My work ethics and enthusiam in the office has been in a constant decline since when I could not remember. These things I know are 30% external and 70% internal; the reason being is mainly because I haven't been spending the right amount of time with God lately. Reading the only book that can enlighten the heart, revive the soul, give roses and sweet kisses to a despairing heart has been done in super less frequent times. This moment is a beautiful reminder and a great rebuke about the things I am missing because of the things that I have been doing but shouldn't or those that I should have been doing but doesn't... Psalm19:14 Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in your sight, O LORD, my rock and my redeemer. bus rides are my thinking time... My Valentine Stories

This has been the most meaningful Valentine week that I have ever experienced to date.  Since I am single, a concerned friend taught me to make my own plans and take the cruelties of being single head on. So, I booked a promo flight to Cebu (not entirely random), took a three day leave from the office, packed my violet sky traveller back pack and hopped on the Sunday bus that will take me to the airport. I did this is just to escape all the things that are bothering me in the rat race that I am living in. Little did I know that this vacation will change me…  Spending Valentine’s with Maria I was thinking of how to surprise my lola Maria/Maring as soon as I boarded the cramped 11-seater turned 16-seater van that will bring me 77 km away from Bohol’s capital. When I finally went down at my designated stop, I immediately called her and told her to get out of the house to see me coming. She did not understand what I was saying, until I was at her front door. Her delight and ela

Taking my morning coffee at Dunkin Donuts Tagbilaran. They have this nice and quaint 24 hour store that is overlooking Rizal St, one of the busiest streets in the city. I am once more humbled and left embarrassed by the goodness of people that I firmly believe in and sometimes doubted. My little Cebu adventure went well yesterday, except for the last part where I need to go home so find some place to sleep. The bus left Los Banos at around 11:00 am, it was early for my 3:20pm flight to Cebu because I was determined to find a new and cheaper mode of transportation from Magallanes to NAIA terminal 3. (Being into travel blogs lately, I was more than pumped to do my little adventures) From where the bus dropped me in Magallanes, I walked a little further and rode a jeepney to the MRT station in Pasay rotunda. Walked a little again, just so I could cross EDSA and go to the bus terminal in between McDonalds, Dunkin Donuts and Chowking. There have been rumors that a cheap shuttle

Shenanigans

According to wikianswers.com, shenanigans is anything that is wild or over the top, something that is considered crazy; these may also pertain to shady dealings or actions that aren't necessarily above-board. I am not particularly a crazy person. If left alone, you'd probably find me shy and quiet; but once I get together with crazy people, I can be a bit crazy too. This blog is an attempt to immortalize the life that I am currently living--a journey to single hood, it is also going to be a positive thinking exercise. I'd be trying to make better thoughts out of the not so better things and I'd be making greater thoughts out of better things.  We'll hopefully get to know each other as this life unfolds right before our eyes.
